dear members and experts in training module

i have a issue

i have created a business event type ( object D) under a business event group ( L) in a business calendar .

I have maintained infotype 1001( relationship) for this object D also/

i have also maintaiend Description infotype (1002) for this business event type wherein i have given the objectives of this training program in the form of notes or business event notes.( this i have done thro transaction OOET)

Now my issue , is where i can see the display of this description infotype pertaining to all business event types that i have maintained HR reports ??

i want to see this in report as a list .

i have explored all the standard reports for this and cant find the appropriate report??

Moreover in PSV2 transaction, where i create a business event date with or without resources, i have the provision of creating the description infotype in the "Further information" header vide a choice of subtypes given ( this is in ECC 6.0 version)

if i maintain here, can i see the report pertaining to this details???

i need a solution at the earliest

If i dont have a standard report, for this, i need to go for development

experts can see thro this ,

Hi Nataraj,

THe ifotype for the Description of a Business Event Type or Group is 1002. All the Personnel Planning infotype tables will start with HRP. SO goto the T-code SE16 and Run the table HRP1002. Hope there you willl find the details.

Hope this helps u.

Cheers,

Hi Nataraj,

sorry that my given "solution" isn't clear enough, but I have many demands on my time and also my english isn't the best, but i always try to help.

The Report RHXKBR<zero><zero> has no transaction, because he doesn't exist (in our systems).

The report that I propose RHXKBRO<zero> has also no transaction but you could call him with SE38 or SA38. I don't know another report for your requirement but the nominee gives you some hints to develop your own, if nobody else knows a standard.

Regards
