How to copy inspection results and UD from one lot to another?

Hello,

I am implementing SAP QM. There is one requirement to copy inspection results and usage decision from one lot to another. Inspection results will be recorded for Semi-finished material and accordingly usage decision will be carried out. This semi finished material will be packed and will become finished product. So requirement is to copy results of semi finished material to finished material.

Note :All material are batch managed. We are doing inspection with task list not with material specification.

Did you update the inspection plan being used with the results origin? (for each MIC, in the General data tab). You selected a mapping of 200 for MIC and method in your customization (200). Yet you selected for result origin as "transcribed from batch record". MIC and method are not in batch record. While technically, it probably won't stop anything, this is not proper documentation. This should probably be 04 for both the Origin TL and Dat Orig RR. Not 02.

In the Badi for Result data did you have a developer modify the implementation QEC_SELECTION_300 to include your logic for selecting the inspection lot to copy from? When you manually perform the inspection results copy are you able to select an inspection lot to copy from? The error indicates it can't find an inspection lot. So I don't think you have done this. Why aren't you using 200? It appears to me you are copying results from a preliminary product in the production chain. Of course, you need to have batch where used list active for this to trace back to applicable lots and the UD's must be done on the previous lots.

"Data selection procedure 300 could not find any data

Message No. QECOPY010 "

So unable to copy results.

I have entered below details in customizing:

Control in Insp. lot: Manual and Automatic Data Transfer

Control in RR: Manual and Automatic Data Transfer

Origin TL: 02

Dat OrigRR: 02

Selection:300

Mapping:200

Log: Tick
