Error updating to SAP BusinessObjects 4.2 SP4

Good day, update my SAP BusinessObjects environment on Windows 2012, from version 4.2 SP2 to 4.2 SP4, and finishes the installation process but with errors (see attachment).

When entering the portal CMC or BI does not load the page.

All the traditional folders do not appear in the Tomcat directory.

Someone has an idea that it could happen.

Thank you very much.

Hi Wilver,

Looks like the web applications were not deployed correctly during the installation - you can run a repair as Arijit explained above or you can run a wdeploy to redeploy the web applications as per the following KBA:

Did you try a repair installation after the update completed with error ?

Hi Arijit Das, Thank you very much for the information, already check the note, execute the indicated commands, but the error continues, I tried doing a reinstallation and it does not work either.

I am thinking of uninstalling the product and reinstalling the product from SP4.

looks like you left all server running during addnode, you should only run CMS and stop everything else.

Hi Wilver,

I hope might be you selected the option deploy web applications later, if you selected this option then webapps are not deployed into tomcat folder.

Can you share your tomcat directory & Tomcat\ webapps directory screenshot, it will help to give further inputs.

Hi Dwarakanath, I select the option to deploy now.

The error continues to appear, I have no other option than to uninstall everything (SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Data Services, SAP LS4BIP), reinstall the product from SP4.

If you have all those add-ons - have you confirmed that all of them compatible with SP4 and will work after upgrade?
