DB2 UDB V8 FP9 problem for NetWeaver2004s installation

DB2 UDB V8 FP9 problem for NetWeaver2004s installation .

1- I installed DB2 UDB V8 FP9 HP11_64 Full Install

2- I tryed to install Solution Manager4.0 SR2. But Solution Manager ask upper version of DB2.

3- I found DB2UDB RDBMS V8 FP11 on HP11_64 form SAP software download.

4- I installed DB2UDB RDBMS V8 FP11 on HP11_64

5- I restarted Solution Manager Installation with no problem about DB2 version

6- Error occured at Create Database stage of Solution Manager installation.

How can I solve this problem?
