Hi,

I'm trying to carry out upload of P.O. by LSMW through recording. It works fine for single line item P.Os. However, I am unable to process multiple line item POs through the same. Can anyone give me an insight into what needs to be done to upload multiple line item POs ?

Dear Rahul,

You will have to create the structure and mapping accordingly for multiple items.

Are you getting the data from single file or multiple files.

hi Naveen,

I am getting the data from a single text file. There's no identifier to specify header or line items. I guess this is the reason that every line in the text file is creating a separate transaction. I am getting one po for every text file line item. Can you please explain with an example how to put the identifiers for header/line items? Do i have to specify it in the text file? Or do I have to maintain the source structure with different levels?

Hi Rahul,

You'll have to use 2 input files one with header data, and oneother for item data.

This is an example with 2 input structure ( Material text ). This isn't PO but you'll have to use exactly the same logic.
