Initiate lead deletion

When a user is clicking on initiate lead deletion, this sometimes works and sometimes not. Can anybody explain why this might not be working?

there is an integration with Webleads from another system so the leads from the website of our customers are integrated in C4S and those leads can not be deleted after multiple tries. Anybody has an idea?

Hello Sofie,

Once Lead is converted ,the option 'Initiate Deletion' will not be editable ,hope this answer .

the lead is not yet converted so it should not be a problem to delete it.

Also check that if the leads are inconsistent. The accounts are not updated correctly. In place of accounts the contacts are updated.

In this case you will have to correct the data first to be able to delete the leads from the UI.

Dear Amit, I do not understand what you mean with inconsistent? what do you mean with correct data?
