Logistics Cockpit: to LSA or not to LSA

Hi experts,

i am working with a company that starts with SAP BW.
Because we don't have a HANA database i am willing to accept the LSA architecture as a standard.

At this moment we are busy with extractors from the logistics cockpit and our intention was to use the datasources from SAP and to create acquisition layer, quality & harmonisation layer and a propagation layer as the LSA describes. Our acquistion layer should be a DSO without transformations.

For Sales orders (LIS11) this worked out so far.

But for example for the purchasing extractors (LIS02) this conflicts with LSA because there are infosources as the separation between different data targets with transformations that (mostly) depend on the processing keys. Because the logic is quite complex i am thinking about using the business content as-is but i don't like it!

For inventory controlling (LIS03) usage of the business content cube 0IC_C03 seems to be inevitable.

What in your opinion is the best way to adapt LSA for this type of extractors?
I have searched with Google and in SCN but only found this one.
