(Status- Incorrect document) in payroll posting

hi

While payroll posting to FI we got the following message

<b>Document creation : Incorrect</b>

Error in document: HRPAY 0000000015

Message no. RW609

Diagnosis

Errors occurred when checking or posting the document

Reference type = HRPAY

Reference key = 0000000015

Logical system =

You can find the errors in the log.

System Response

The document cannot be posted.

Procedure

Remove the error in the document and create and post the document again.

Hi Lakshmi,

It may be due to the Log file. Try to remove the overload of Log datas and try once again to post the document.

It may also due to the incorrect Cost Center assignment. Check the Cost Center assignment also.
