Soooooo you are certified, but have no idea what you are actually doing? Do you see the problem here?

First off, if this is an implementation project, I will assume (hope and pray!) that you have not been thrown on there all alone. Therefore, there should be other VERY experienced people on your team. You can let them know of your "newness"/fresher to projects and have them guide/mentor you on what to do, what do ask, etc. THIS is not the place for it.

Hello Chris,

If I had other people in my team, I wouldnt have posted in this forum.

I see that you started your career in SAP in 1995, and I understand the long way that you had travelled.....However, you should have answered in a much polite way..it sounded bit rude...

I had not seen your original post, back in July, and now may be a little late to answer your query, but I have to agree with Chistopher that someone with at least some experience should have been on your Implementation Team.

When I participated to the Blueprint Phase of our Implementation back in 2000, I was also taking courses in SAP HCM Configuration and we were guided by SAP Consultants. Yet, we were not necessarily guided towards what was best for us; sometimes it was towards what was easiest to achieve in SAP.

To implement any SAP Module, it is important have a general understanding of what it is used for, to know what is possible (HCM Certification Courses + Implementation Experience), but also to learn about your Company (current practices, planned changes, goals, expected future results).

Each Questionnaire should be tailored accordingly.
