Career & jobs iviews in ESS

Hi Experts ,

I am new to the Portal.

I have to work on career & jobs I view , every thing is fine in the backend i.e. EC 6, Web AS is successfuly etc.

what I have to do in the transactions <b>like PA 30</b>, editing like this etc .... because I do not have HR background.......

Now , There is an option in the <b>career & jobs is (E-recuriting)</b> so, can any one give me the details that what should i do for the next step. (Step by step)
