Hi Experts,
Which IDOC type is better to use for ASN - DESADV01 vs DELVRY03? If there is a clear answer, I also would like to know why.

Hi,
IDoc DESADV01 is used for shippping notification NOT for ASN purposes (The way SAP designed the IDoc interface).

I could not get the answer for why one should use DELVRY03
Please use message type DESADV with IDoc type DELVRY03 for ASN.
