How to count number of occurrence of a particular string in a column

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to calculate number of occurrence of a particular string in a particular column.

The Number of occurrence as given in the .txt file.

Create formula

=RunningCount([Report Name]) In ([Report RuN Date]) it will give you number of occureneces of particular string.
