Hi - I installed the license correctly (Abap trial SP11) --even shows in the License table with a green light - expiry 28 aug 2007 but when I logon to the system I get a message Your license will expire in 2 days.
Any Ideas
I'm running the trial on a Windows XP VM machine under VMWARE workstation. this --shouldn't be a problem AFAIK. I was running under VM since you can't run SP 11 on VISTA.
The only thing I can think of is that the hardware key doesn't match the actual hardware but I followed all the steps. The VM was created on the hardware I'm running on (i.e it wasn't "cloned"from another machine).
Should I perhaps forget trying to fix this and install SP 12 (the new one) instead.
