SAP Software download

Could you please help me regarding my credentials. I have two SAP Associates Certification SAP Certified Application Associate _ SAP BO Web Intelligence XI 3.x , SAP HANA 1.0. I am unable to access any documents on SAP help portal or cannot get keys for SAP software along with download SAP softwares. I used to be have access of all. I tried sending email to SAP support and they referred to me Training and learning and they asked me to contact SAP education. I called SAP education and the person who I spoke she was very rude on call and looks she was trying in rush why i do not know., I will appreciate it if you could please advise.
