SAP Software download

Hi Amy

Could you please help me regarding my credentials. I have two SAP Associates Certification SAP Certified Application Associate _ SAP BO Web Intelligence XI 3.x , SAP HANA 1.0. I am unable to access any documents on SAP help portal or cannot get keys for SAP software along with download SAP softwares. I used to be have access of all. I tried sending email to SAP support and they referred to me Training and learning and they asked me to contact SAP education. I called SAP education and the person who I spoke she was very rude on call and looks she was trying in rush why i do not know., I will appreciate it if you could please advise. My SAP ID is S User ID: S0008568211

You have posted under the BI authentication tag (setting up authentication for Business Intelligence) you have to change the tag to more relevant to HANA software downloads or open an incident with support

For issues accessing SAP Help Portal, please try creating a question with the tag "Using SAP.com" tag. If you need to access Credential Manager for your certifications, please contact credential-manager@sap.com listing your current Person ID (former SAP User-ID or S-User) and any additional user ID’s with which you are SAP certified.
