status 8 when extracting data

Hello,

I’ve built a generic extractor for attributes and in RSA3 I can see that it works well. I assigned the attribute to an info object and extracted the data in the DEV and got the data. I transported everything to PROD (after it worked in the QA…) but in the PROD it doesn’t work!!! In R3 PROD RSA3 it works, I replicated the data, activated the transfer rule again and replicated the data source but getting status 8 when extracting.

What can it be?
