How do I assign query views to favoritres, and delete them

Is there a way to delete Query Views via the Portal (say thru web analyzer).

Or is there a report that allows the deletion of query views (not queries)

Only place I found the ability to delete was in report designer.

How do I assign a query view to my favorites.
