BI Implementation

Hi All,

We are going with a new implementation of BI 7.0.We don't have any BW system before.I use to work on BW environments.Can anyone let me know how to go with scratch for new implementation.What are the steps to be taken.I went through couple of documents which are realted to migration.I need to know if it starts from scratch how to start from security point.
