SAP B1 - How to display a BP UDF in the service call module

Hi, I have created a new user defined field in the Business Partner Master data section. I have populated this with valid data. When I go to the service call module & select a business partner, I would like this same the UDF above to also appear.

Can anyone help with steps on how this might be possible please? Thank you.

Hi,

Yes possible by using Formatted Search.

1.First run below FMS and save it under query manager. Ignore the error message while running this query in query generator

SELECT T0.[U_TEST] FROM OCRD T0 WHERE T0.[CardCode] = $[OSCL.Customer]

2. Assign above saved query in service module UDF field and refresh based on Business partner code.
