C4C - Mass data upload with custom fields?

Hi guys,

I exported all account information via mass data export. I have many custom fields within accounts. But they do not appear in the excel. How can I change the data in custom fields via mass data import/export?

I have several custom fields. Now I want to change the input of all fields in one step via mass data upload. But none of my custom fields appear in the excel. Only standard fields. What must I do?

And another question: I exported all Account Information. Unfortunately many addresses (street, city name) that have mutated vowels like Ä,Ö,Ü are wrong converted. Within CRM the City is stated as "Äuerbach". In the export its displayed as "A%/auerbach".

Seems like the conversion of UTF format is wrong. When I now re-import my excel, all City names will be wrong 😕 Because they are wrong in the excel download. What do I have to to do, that all city names with mutated vowls are displayed/exported correctly?

Hi Loganathan,

there are several options within the OData. Which field must be clicked so that the data is displayed in the data workbench?

I have these:

Hi Julian,

I hope, all the custom fields of accounts might have been extended to OData Services. If not extend those fields to OData Services and you can see those fields in both Import and Export files

Go to Feild Definition using Adapt mode and extend it to OData Services.

Regards,

Logan

We only use keyuser tools. Is it not possible to do this without the Data workbench?

I just want to go to the Data Workbench, click export and want to see all standard fields and custom fields. Is this possible? Why are only standard fields exported? It is not the official migration of CRM.
