Time out/Short dump (OBJECT_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED) issue in CRM Portal

We have a client requirement in which we need to replicate the time out/Short dump (OBJECT_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED) error in some scenario.

The error that user see on screen is Http 401 or 400 or 501 or session time out etc

But the problem we are facing is that this error occurs randomly and so we are not able to frame a scenario which throws this error all the time.

As a piece of information, client users have reported the problem while doing many action like customer search, sales order creation etc.

Any pointers on this Short dump and way to frame a scenario to replicate this error will be appreciated.
