Hello Milan,

at first you could have a look into the document Central Performance History of the Monitoring Architecture, especially the tutorial chapters are worth reading when starting with CPH.

If only the SAP_CCMS_CPH_REORG job was scheduled you most probably didn't define any data to be collected, otherwise there should exist also one or more collection jobs (SAP_CCMS_CPH_MINCOLL, SAP_CCMS_CPH_QTRCOLL or SAP_CCMS_CPH_HRCOLL).

And without collected data the reports analyzing the data will fail.

Hi,

Thank you for the info....I already have SAP CCMS agents installed in that case do I have to schedule the job? What other job is required..Currently only SAP_CCMS_CPH_REORG job is running...

Hello Milan,

this is described in the chapter "Activating the Central Performance History" of the documentation I mentioned before (page 28).

As soon as you have assigned an MTE class to a collection schemata the jobs required for collecting this data will be scheduled automatically.

As long as you didn't assign an MTE class to a collection schemeta no job will be scheduled.

If you try to reproduce the steps described in the tutorial chapters you should see some of the jobs be scheduled afterwards.

HI,

I would like to use default schemata do I still need to assign them to MTE classes?

Hello Milan,

the schemata only contains information about how often data is collected and when it will be reorganized. It does not contain the information what to collect.

Based on this information it sounds very sensible to me to assign the schemata to something

And once again: please take the time and reproduce the steps in the tutorial once in your system. It is really helpful to do these steps once.
