Oil & Gass - Number of km per trip

Hi,

I am new to BW extraction. I need to make a query which will show the following:

Number of kilometers driven by a vehicle per trip/route

Volume in Liters per trip

Volume in Liters per delivery and

Net amount.

We are using Industry solution Oil & Gass.

I was told by R3 person that this information is found in the following R3 tables:¨

VFKK

VFKP

VFSI

KONV

KONP

LIPS

LIKP

OIGS TD Shipment Header

OIGSI Shipment Item

Can anybody help me with:

1. A general process overview of how one can start looking for fields that are involved in this query from R3 to Extractors to cubes ?

2. finding out which extractors are involved for the extraction of these tables ?

3. if extracors are not in use (inavtive) how to activate them ?

I will appreciate any help.
