HOW TO Download ECC software componentes

HI,

I've installed configured a Netweaver 2004s system in SSM but when I try to use the Maintenance Optimizer with product version Netweaver 2004s I can't download sps like EA-APPL, EA-HR etc... how can I download this components sps ?
