I am getting a java error when I try to delete a JCO connection in Compliance Calibrator 5.2 that is no longer required.

How can I resolve this issue?

Hi Patrick,

the main cause of issues with deleting JCo's within the CC config side relate to SOD results having already been stored for that JCo/ System ID - i.e. written into the Java code that you can't delete JCo because then you lose the link to where the SOD results were generated from. This is also an issue that you need to be wary of for AE in particular.

The scripts you can get will delete the data within the db - or you could go in and truncate the tables yourself which should do the same thing.

Yeah this cannot be deleted since it got tied up with the results.

We had this issue of deleting the unused workflows in AE but couldnt do it since it got tied with the requests.

Got the DB script from SAP to delete the request.

Hi

Does anyone know where I can get this script that will delete the data within the db? I'm having the exact same problem when I try to remove the JCo from Compliance Calibrator 5.1. I need to remove these JCo's so that I can rerun the batch risk analysis & Management Update report so that the management view data is correct.

Thanks so much for your help.

Please post the issue to the SAP Support Portal. You will receive the script and the corresponding guidance.

depends on what the error is. There was a problem with CC 5.1 removing connectors that said something was still using the connector even thought all data was removed. SAP had a script to run against the database to manually remove the connector.
