Install software unit phase in XI installtion

hi guys,

I am installing XI on AIX 5.3/ Oracle 10g. I am on step 38(Install software units) of my installation. It seems that my installation is hanging with message status "Stopping the SDM server". shown below is the logfile..

Have you check the file system and also the database file systems to see if they are full?

yes i alredy checked and none of the filesytems reached 50 %

can unstall and install it again delte the SDM ,webdispatcher

The installation of the software components will take sometime you need to be patient and let it run. don't make the mistake and cancel it, let it either error out or come to a completion, if you can it while running you may run intot other issues.

Hi William Masilko,

But we left this installation on the same phase last 3 days ago. i tried to cancel and continue the installation but same is happening, i also tried to cancel the installation and do the "stopsap R3" and "startsap R3" but no avail.

Pls Advice..
