Running slow

All our XI interfaces are taking more time than normal, we don't know whats causing this issue? (No changes maded in the last one week with XI) Any idea or what exactly we have to look to correct issue?

Log into the Visual Admin and go to monitoring, check for not enough application threads, memory usage.

Where is the time being spent ? Calls to other systems ? Or steps within XI ? Check memory page faults in OS06/OS07 ? When was the last time you restarted entire server at the os level ?

Off all Pipeline step PLSRV_MAPPING_REQUEST is longest pipeline service. So to check how much time each pipeline step is taking, pls go through this Doc.. The reason could be heavy mappings..
