    hi all,

    The dev_w0 log doesn't give any error related to the instance .

    It gives the RFC error related to the SDCC tcode. Thats by using the RFC connection SAPNET_RFC it is trying to connect to the SAP server. Please see the log clearly ...

    M ***LOG R49=> ThCPICSyncWait, CPIC-Error (017223) [thxxcpic.c 3595]

    M ***LOG R64=> ThCPICSyncWait, CPIC-Error ( CMINIT(SAP)) [thxxcpic.c 3608]

    A *** ERROR => RFC Error RFCIO_ERROR_SYSERROR in abrfcpic.c : 2277

    SERV =sapdp01

    [abrfcio.c 7849]

    A TH VERBOSE LEVEL FULL

    A ** RABAX: end RX_GET_MESSAGE

    I think there is no problem in the Rfc.

    the startup log gives the FAIL: NIECONN_REFUSED error, thats nothing but the internal error while the dispatcher is called.

    Since the instance and the DB has started there is nothing to worry about

    Hi Nani,

    If you dont mind please do kernel upgrade again as I said and check.

    stop sap, services,down oracle

    Please go back to old kernel (640 121 patch).

    1. Uncar .SAR files and place in one directory.

    a) #Database independent : SAPEXE_175-20000182.SAR

    b) DATABASE dependent : SAPEXEDB_175-20000185.SAR

    2.Take back up of RUN directory.(Copy RUN and paste it)

    3.Overwrite uncared executables in RUN directory.

    4.Restart at OS level and check with services and start SAP.

    Regards,

    Suraj
