    Hi,

    You can read values from the UI elements using the context attributes that you bind to specific properties of these UI elements. For example, if you have bound a context element called <i>TxtVal</i> of type <i>String</i> to the <i>Value</i> property of an inputfield, then you can access the value entered in that inputfield using the following code:

    //Assuming TxtVal is directly under the root context node
    String inputVal = wdContext.getCurrentContextElement().getTxtVal();

    You will get more specific help if you specify your scenario.

    Regards,

    Satyajit.

    Hi,

    Reading of values form the UI elements in a page can be done using Context attributes. Depending on which UI element you use, you have a specific property that has to be mapped to a context attribute. When ever you enter/chosse any value for the UI element that value is stored inside the context attribute mapped to that UI element.

    For more information on how to create and map the attributes to the UI elements go through the sample tutorial
