proportional factors

Hello Gurus -

I have uploaded the data on to the infocube. and the Data is been displayed in the planning book. i have also created a data view for just APODPDANT to view the generated fixed proportional factors. The values are not showing up on in the planning book.

Any ideas??

i assume you have run the Prop factor generation job. Can you see results in the log after the job is run??

(BTW, you mean you have loaded the data on to the planning area ...right?? and it is displayed in the plannig book)

also can you add the APODPDANT KF to the same data view where you can see the other data and try again?

and try to make it editable and change the values and see if it is saved

Yes it is loaded in PA. I have added the APODPDANT KF figure in the same data view where i see the other data that i have uploaded. I am still not able to view the Data in there.

if you are on SCM 5.0 the check box for log will be on the "other settings" tab

if i remember right in the previous versions it used to be right at the bottom on the one screen

you can run it again after this box is checked.

Did you create the job or are you just running an already created one? Pl check if there are any filters in terms of selections (again in other settings tab in SCM 5.0 )

its quite possible you have no data in the periods that have been set as "basis for proportional factors". or in the keyfigure that is used as a basis.

or you might be transfering it into a horizon that is not in your planning book
