F.80 is a mass reversal program.

In terms of re-setting you can create a script to do it, or there is a program that you can get from OSS, this is used where there are more than 1000 line items that have been cleared in a single clearing document.

or when you reverse in mass, is there an option to reset them as well?

You have to use CATTS programme to do only reset or reset & reverse as a mass transaction.

No, that is why you need to create a script to record the t code, create a program to cover the bdc session and then have a spreadsheet with the document numbers you want to reset.

Remember you cannot reverse a cleared document, so you need to re-set it first and then use F.80

when i tried this on sbx, i got the messgae "no documents can be reversed".

how do i go about clearing them.

Also thru FBRA, i have an option reset or reverse. is there a way to reset documents in a mass and not reverse?

Mass Reversal - F.80

Give the range of the document numbers that needs to be reversed along with company codes and fiscal year.
