Bapi setting for HR posting to FI(anotner SAP system)

Hi Experts,

When setting BAPI for posting HR payroll result to another SAP system,

there is receiver/server.

Where i can configure the destination logical system ?

Should the job do by basis consultant or HR function consultant?

SCC4 logical system for each mandant

SM59 rfc destination for logival system

It seems better to ass a basis consultant.
