Same results to different reports

I am trying to create a report in CR 2016 that I can do the following with:

1) create an Excel file with results formatted for employees to have for verification.

2)create a CSV file of some of the fields to be sent to a 3rd party processor.

3)generate form letters to be printed and mailed.

I have item 1 completed, but I cannot seem to get a report/subreport that will do what I need it to do.

I hope that someone out there can shed some light on what I am not doing correctly.

    Not sure what you are trying to do but you can not get different outputs from the same report.

    I would create a Parameter where you select Excel or CSV or Letter.

    Use this parameter to change layout of report. Split report into different sections with the required layout and use the parameter to conditionally suppress/show.

    Please note Crystal export to CSV is not very friendly, you cannot have a header file. You can only export data fields.
