SSFCOMPOSER 183 error in font exchange function module

In a production environment, I am getting the SSFCOMPOSER 183 error on only one smartform - not for every message being output, only one particular output for one particular purchase order. It has to be data related but I am having trouble isolating the problem.

I've reviewed the SMARTFORM_TRACE results and have tracked the error to the font exchange process but still have not isolated the specific cause. The smartstyle being used is our standard smartstyle used for most smartforms so it doesn't make sense that it fails for this one particular output; especially since I can print the same document for other purchase orders with no problem.

Would appreciate anything that would steer me in a direction that would reduce debugging time.
