You have to use Transaction SE30 to run the performance analysis for report programs.

You can use ST05 to run a trace on the database selects and updates .

ST01 - System trace

ST02 - Buffers

ST03N - Analysis

ST04 - Activity

ST05 - Performance trace

ST07 - Application monitor

STAT - Statistic records
