Dear all,

I am working on CATS Regular (ITS) here I set up all profiles and I entered the working hours of Employee through CAT2. but here my problem is when I am trying to approve this times through CATS_APPR_LITE for that particular employee it is showiing that there is no data to transfer.

What Can I do now. I am new to CATS so pl. can any one helpme out. It is very urgent.ours is -ve time recording.

u may ger "No data found for approval" if u r in wrong selection period,for that particular activity type/absence etc. check ur period. and u do transfer from tcode:CATA..and while transferring you have to select target components, such as humanresources, controlling, ps etc

Hi Venu,

First, check your set-up for the time entry...is the time "Released on Saving" or does the employee have to release the time manually? If time entries have not been released, they are not available for approval. Also, is approval required? If not, then the time will already be in Approved status.

Second, security...does this manager have access to the employee? If the employee is not a direct or indirect report to the manager, then he cannot approve his time.

Third, dates. As noted above, what period is the time entered for and what period is the manager looking at in CATS_APPR_LITE? They must be for the same period.

Thanks for your response, I have approved the data by using CATS_appr_lite after this I am trying to execute CAT6 to transfer the data to HR in this I select EE Remunaration infotype but in output it is giving No data,

what will be the possible error is it necessary to create any wage types in 2010-Infotype and tell me the procedure pl.
