Is it possible to have a billing done for storage location tranfer (311) for sloc between 2 geographical locations,,,,,say one sloc is in IND and the other is in china is it posible to do any billing setup.
Two storage locations are in different countries.So the Chart of accounts,Financial year and all other financial procedures are different.U need to create a separate company code and Plant for each Country and u have to create a storage location in these plants.
When u maintained the clearing accounts between two company codes, u can transfer the material from one plant another plant using mvt types.In this case accounting documents will be created.
For billing documents requirements , u have to follow the STO process with billing.
Decide u need accounting documents or Billing documents.Based on your requirement, u follow the process
The question is transfer between 2 storage locations at different countries. You cannot have a same plant in 2 countries. It has to be different plants. So you have have only STO or else treat the second plant as a customer and use the SD method to move the material.
