IDES Server ( Training)

Like we having this common finance forum for resolving issues. Is it possible for SDN to have common IDES training client , where things can be configured & tested. This will give an opportunity to those who do not have IDES server or Sandpit server to test. I am just mooting an idea.

Good idea, although not very practical...

Potentially there could be 1000+ people creating conflicting configuration things and people wondering why their config is not working!

You can install IDES locally and provide a connection for people to demostrate config to you.... Although there might be some security issues around that!

How do we install IDES locally? I have the DVD's and installed but don't know how to add the servers and create log in. Do we need to have some network domain to make this work?
