STO outbound delivery reversed later PGI again but didn't trigger inbound delivery

Hi All,

I had a situation for STO between 2 EWM warehouses. Somehow there are some problems with the delivery and we rejected the inbound delivery, then we reversed the outbound delivery. After we corrected the delivery and PGI'd, somehow inbound delivery didn't get trigger again.

Can you share some ideas of why?

Hello Yang,

What I understand from your question is that there is functionality of Automatic Inbound delivery creation after PGI corresponding to STO scenarios. You had deleted the first inbound delivery and started from scratch. Now you expect Inbound delivery needs to be created for STO as previous one had been deleted. There is a KBA which explains this behavior and resolution to correct the phenomenon.
