Newbie question: Unable to create content in collab room

Hello everybody,

I'm a Netweaver newbie, so I may be missing the obvious. I've been asked to set up collab rooms in NW04S, something we've never done before. I followed the steps in HowTo_Create_a_Room_Template.pdf doc exactly, to the letter. However, when I bring up the room, the "documents" iView I created doesn't show up. I get "Date Announcement" and "News" areas, nothing else. Could I be missing permissions for that iView, something along that line?
