I purchased Crystal Server 2016 and Crystal Reports online. It took 2 days to finally get the third email welcome email that included my S user id. The SAP store support gave me 30 day license keys to get the software installed. I have followed the PDF instructions to activate and change the password to my S user id. Now when I click the request keys link the page (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/licensekey) it asks for my username and password. I enter my S user id and password and it continues to ask for the username and password.
