Service Team member name are missing in Gantt Chart of Resource Scheduling

Hi Friends,

Currently, i am preparing the demo of SAP Hybris cloud for service for one of my client.where I am using the resource scheduling and it is released on the service ticket for the issue.Then I moved to Resource Scheduling work center so i can assign to service technician but in the Gantt chart I got the service ticket which is released for scheduling but the name of technician or any team member is not appearing there. Because of this, I am not able to assign to anyone and unable to complete the visit step as well.

Kindly guide me on this issue.

It is possible to assign demands onto the Gantt Chart only if there are employees available. If there are no employees visible on the Gantt Chart because they are not assigned any working hours.

To assign working hours to the employees, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the People work center.
  2. Go to the Employees view.
  3. Open the employee .
  4. Navigate to the Working Hours facet.
  5. On the Working Period table, choose Add Row.
  6. Enter the details and Save
