Either read the documentation provided by SAP in the transaction SWU3, or look for the workflow for dummies part 1 blog by Sapna Modi.

Hi hari,

if you are in a development server,

you need to first configure your SWU3, click on each parent node and click the generate icon.

Please keep in mind, that during this setting, you need to have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorization.

After you do this, since you need to develop your WF's, you need to maintain Prefix, which is done through OOW4 transaction.

Maintain a prefix for your Development server, and its done.

Reward if helpful.

Aditya.

Most of the configuration is automatic...

Just right click and automatic config...

For emails and other details u will need to enter the service address...

nce configs are done u shld be able to see a green tick mark.

Most imp is the trfc config.. that should be the first in the list anyways..

Hope this helps
