Dear all,
i am facing problem while doing delta update for LIS data source,
i am unable to get records while doing inti delta update to enable delta update for the 2lis_02_s174 DS.
if its other than LO and LIS than How to do delta update for that data source?
Best regards,
dushyant.
Hi Dushyant,
Have you filled setup tables?

Hi,
Yes, you need to fill setup tables if the LIS structure (S174) was inactive for ERP usage.
In case you need to fill it, first, you need to deactivate update of the LIS structure in transaction LBW1 (check with a functional analyst on how to do this).
Then, depending on the application, you need to fill setup table in SBIW - Settings for Application-Specific DataSources (PI) - Logistics - Managing Transfer Information Structures - Application-Specific Setup of Statistical Data. You can also check with a Functional Analyst on how to do this, since you need to use versions and copy them.
Hope this helps.

Diego
Thanks,
almost i got.
as like LO first initialize setup table than set direct delta at lbwe than when we will do int. delta update next time it pointing to rsa7,
here deactive update first than app. specific setup of stastical data than do version copy them as u said, right? than inti. delta update will start with delta updat to rsa7, plz clear this flow.
other thing, while full update it taking data from direct s174 transpernt table or by default structure avialable 000 avialable at version and copy?
what the role of active/deactive delta update at lbw0, is it same with lbw1(active deactive)?
Thanks again,
dushyant.
Hi,
Yes, initial load will create queue in RSA7.
When full update you also need to fill setup table to get records. Otherwise, you won't get any records. It takes them from version 000.
LBW0 is to create datasource from a LIS structure. Last option to activate or deactivate is for delta (BW), not for LIS structure update (this is ERP actualization).
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Diego
