Portal Development Support in NWDS 7.1

Hi Everybody

I install new NWDS CE 7.1 and JEEServerCE 7.1. It is install successfully. Its has Web-Dynpro Support but it is also expected to have Portal Development support in CE 7.1 what is not there. Is there any extra configuration require to be to do portlet and portal development in NWDS CE 7.1.
