name of the PDF got as correspondence - LSO 600

Hi Kris,

When the employee or manager receives the correspondence PDF, it always has the name as 'No-title'. Any idea where i have to change the correct title.

Regards,

Sharadha

    Hi,

You have the option to change under the LSO, day to day activities, Correspondance.

    Good Luck

      Hi again,

Also try the BAdI LSO_CORRESPONDENCE11. I think it might resolve your issue.

      It describes the following:

If you do not use a customer-specific implementation, the following applies:

      · The document is also placed in the sender's outbox.

      · The system expects confirmation that it has been received and read.

      · The confidentiality of the e-mail is standard (= O) and can be changed.

      · The subject line comprises a standard text.

      · The notification is sent as a PDF file in an attachment and is given a standard title.

      · The address of the current user in the system is displayed as the sender's address. This is provided that the address has been defined

      Hopre this helps

    Hi,

    You can use EFRM T-code.

When you will be there you have to select your form and then you will be able to modify it.

    I hope it helps you.

    Regards,

    Beatriz
