Forward Proxy for outbound messages from SAP on premise to SuccessFactor via HCI

Hi Team,

We have requirement to post the message from the on premise network to the HCI system via https protocol. Client does not want to open the network for direct connection of SAP on-premise to another n/w(HCI).

Please suggest how we can use the Forward Proxy for all outbound communication from sap on-premise to HCI.

2. What are the options available(Products, Software) for forward proxy.

3. Minimum hardware/software specification to setup the forward proxy.

Hi Pradeep,

You can use SAP Cloud Connector. It servers both the purposes - Inbound (reverse proxy) and Outbound (forward proxy).

hello,

the tutorial is not longer available, I'm looking for suggestion to use SAP Cloud connector as Forward proxy to open a connection from SAP ECC on prem and API manager on SAp BTP.

Could you please help me?
