Cloud for customer - service & repair item delete, reverse or edit after release to ERP

is it possible to delete, edit or reverse, service or repair line item from c4c ticket after it is released to ERP ?.

    Dear Onkar,

    If the Item Work Progress = In process or Finished or Started
    or its ERP status = Released,
    then deletion is not allowed. This is the standard behavior.

    If this is needed, then please revert the status back by using the Action wheel at Item list - Undo work progress & bring it back to 'ready' status. Then deletion will be possible again.

      Thank you Amit for your reply.

      Actually i have a situation, we have released service and repair item form C4C ticket to ERP and follow on documents are posted in SAP. Material quantity entered in item was incorrect, Now i want to reverse all follow on documents. and correct service repair item.

      please guide what is a way out
