Second level of authentication

Hi Team,

We have a EP 7.0 portal support pack 8. We faced some strange problem when we navigating trough portal. Every time we click on one tab like user administration, it is asking for second level of authentication that means asking for userid and password again. But when we give the portal userid there it does not work

Please look into the matter.
