Hi Sandy,

You need to Replicate Datasource again.. and process it... because you are telling that the Lan connections were failured during the process so, you need to do again... replicate datasorce is nothing but forming the connection between R/3 side datasorce and BW side... so, you can do once again one load the data once again...

Thanks

Hi Sandy.

I understand your confusion.

I think that Ajay thought that the LAN between the BW and source system was disconnected. This is not the case right?

yes, it is not between R/3 and BIW ,

i lost my Personal system LAN connection's

i have one more doubt.....

wht are the steps need BW consultant must take after the (Source system)R/3 was upgraded to ECC6.0

.....waiting for ur replay

Hi Sandy.

Then all the timestamps in the source system will be different from the BW system. The replication of the datasources will not be sufficient, you will also have to reactivate all the transfer structures. The easiest way to do this is to use the program RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL fill in the R/3 system as source system and * as infosource.

Hope it helps.

Hi Sandy.

The replication job should continue even though your front end session is closed. So there should be no reason to replicate the datasources again.

Hope it helps.
