IUserMaint - Custom attribute - Where attribute is being saved?

Hi all,

I want to use custom attribute in User Maintenance.

I know that for read only LDAP, the attribute will be saved in the Portal DB.

But what if my LDAP is read/write. Will the attribute be saved in the LDAP or Portal DB?

I don't have a 'sandbox' LDAP to do the testing...
